The framework around the agent

An agent on its own is a demo. The framework is what makes it safe to run: guardrails, logging and human checkpoints, so the automation can sit in front of real work.

Orchestration

Real workflows chain models, tools and data together. Orchestration makes the pieces hand off without dropping context, retry what fails, and stay visible end to end. Once that holds, the workflow can run unattended.

Personas and identity

As the number of assistants and agents grows, each one needs a defined persona: what it can do, how it speaks, and what it must never do. Behind each persona sits its own identity and access, so an agent only reaches the systems and data it is meant to.
